Author Guidelines

  • Abstract Submission: Abstracts (structured or unstructured) should be written in English and must not exceed 300 words. They should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, and clearly outline the aims, content, and conclusions of the study. The abstract should also include the Title, relevant Sub-theme, and Keywords (maximum of five).
  • Anonymous Submission: To support a blind review process, no author names or identifying information should appear on the abstract document. The submitted page should contain only the Title and the abstract content. Author details, including names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and the telephone number of the corresponding author, should be provided separately during the submission process.
  • Full Papers: Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit full papers for consideration for publication in the Kabarak University Journal.
  • Poster Submissions: Posters should be prepared in A4 size (11.7" × 8.3"), 11.7" × 11.7", or within a similar aspect ratio, proportionally formatted. Poster submissions must be in PDF, PowerPoint, or Microsoft Publisher file formats.
